Storyline
Suginomori Clinic presents itself as a mental health facility, but behind its respectable appearance lies a deeply corrupt institution that exploits the women who come seeking help. Keigo Osakabe works there as a therapist, carrying unresolved feelings from his past.
Before becoming a therapist, Keigo was an office worker who secretly admired Arika, a woman whose appearance and voice left a lasting impression on him. Too shy and lacking the confidence to approach her, he watched from a distance as his former boss, Shigeru Kosaka, began a relationship with her and eventually married her.
Years later, Keigo unexpectedly receives a client file bearing the names of Shigeru and Arika. Seeing the woman he once desired return to his life stirs up his jealousy and obsession. Instead of treating the situation professionally, Keigo begins to see the clinic as an opportunity to pursue his own desires, placing Arika's marriage and well-being at risk.
As the story unfolds, the clinic's corrupt practices and Keigo's personal motives become central to a disturbing tale of manipulation, betrayal, and forbidden obsession.
