The story begins when Taki Minase, a student at the academy, discovers an ancient book known as the Bible Black in the abandoned basement of the school. The book contains powerful spells connected to black magic, and Taki soon begins experimenting with its mysterious abilities. His actions attract the attention of Reika Kitami, the school's nurse, who has her own connection to the occult events that took place at the academy twelve years earlier. During that time, a secret magic club attempted a dangerous ritual involving the Bible Black, leaving behind a legacy that eventually comes back to haunt the school. As Walpurgis Night approaches, Reika becomes increasingly determined to complete her own supernatural plan, while other students who have discovered the existence of the Bible Black also become involved.
