Yamada thought his hospital stay couldn't get any worse. After breaking his bones, however, he once again finds himself surrounded by nurses who seem determined to make his life as difficult as possible. The hospital's most feared veterans, known as the “OG Three,” are far more troublesome than the ordinary staff. Tachibana is begrudging and strict, Kurokawa is insidious, and Yamaguchi is violent and unpredictable. Hiramatsu, meanwhile, has her own uniquely unhelpful approach to nursing. At first, Yamada's ordeal appears to be another series of humiliating encounters with the hospital's terrible staff. But something feels increasingly wrong. A darker story has been developing behind the scenes, and Yamada gradually finds himself caught up in events far beyond his ordinary hospitalization. As the situation escalates, the nurses' relentless treatment of Yamada becomes intertwined with the mysterious events surrounding the hospital. What begins as another disastrous hospital stay eventually turns into a much larger and stranger adventure.
