Storyline
The protagonist works as a live-in cleaner at a love hotel in Kabukicho. To everyone around him, his job and quiet lifestyle appear ordinary, but he hides a dangerous secret: he suffers from chronic insomnia, and the only reliable way he has found to sleep is by killing people.
Because of this strange condition, he secretly works as an assassin for a powerful yakuza group. Each time his boss gives him a target, completing the hit allows him to finally sleep. Although his two lives seem difficult to reconcile, he has managed to maintain a relatively stable existence between his ordinary work and his criminal activities.
Everything changes when he meets Azami, a call girl working in Kabukicho. After an encounter with her, he discovers something completely unexpected: being intimate with Azami allows him to experience the same deep, peaceful sleep that normally requires murder.
For the first time, the protagonist begins considering whether Azami could become a permanent part of his life. But there is a serious problem—his yakuza boss has ordered him to kill her.
Caught between his loyalty to the organization that employs him and his growing attachment to Azami, the protagonist's carefully maintained life begins to collapse. His decisions determine whether he follows his orders, protects Azami, or pursues another path, leading to different routes and endings.
