In a train packed far beyond normal capacity, the lack of personal space creates an unusual and tense environment where people are forced into close proximity. The protagonist sees the crowded train as an opportunity to pursue his hidden desires and begins targeting the women around him while attempting to avoid attracting attention. As the journey continues, the player must carefully choose when and how to approach the heroines without being discovered. Different situations and interactions can lead to different outcomes, giving the game a branching structure rather than a single fixed conclusion. The crowded train becomes the central setting for a series of increasingly risky encounters, with the player's actions determining how the story ultimately develops.
